What is a Refund?

A refund refers to the reversal of a successfully completed payment when a customer is unable to properly access a purchased digital product or service due to verified technical issues, non-delivery of promised resources, or an accidental/wrong purchase made on Shaplika.com.

Refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Shaplika.


How to Request a Refund

If you have purchased an individual digital product or a bundled package from Shaplika.com, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To request a refund:

  • Contact Shaplika Support within 48 hours of purchase
  • Clearly mention:
    • The email address used during registration
    • The phone number linked to the purchase
    • Order ID / Transaction reference
    • Reason for refund request

Refund requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be considered.


Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refunds will be made to:
    • The original payment method used, or
    • Shaplika wallet / voucher (as applicable)

Once processed, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to your registered contact details.


When a Refund Will NOT Be Applicable

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Refund request submitted after 48 hours from the date of purchase
  • If the user has:
    • Downloaded the digital product
    • Accessed or consumed a significant portion of the paid content
  • If more than 5% of premium/paid content has already been accessed
  • If the product is clearly marked as non-refundable
  • If the purchase is for e-books, downloadable files, templates, licenses, or one-time digital assets, unless otherwise stated
  • If the refund request is made after the successful completion or full utilization of the product

When a Refund or Adjustment May Be Applicable

A refund, partial refund, or product adjustment may be considered in the following cases:

  • Accidental purchase of the wrong digital product
  • Purchase of an incorrect version (e.g., live vs recorded, basic vs premium)
  • Failure by Shaplika or the seller to deliver the promised digital resources
  • Verified technical issues that prevent access to the purchased product

In such cases, Shaplika may offer:

  • A voucher for another product
  • A product transfer
  • A partial or full refund, depending on usage and verification

Pricing Adjustment Rules:

  • If the new product costs more → user pays the difference
  • If the new product costs less → remaining balance may be refunded or credited

What Happens After You Request a Refund

  • The purchased product may be temporarily locked during review

If the refund is approved:

  • Access will be revoked
  • Any progress or downloads may be removed
  • If you repurchase the same product later, access will start from the beginning

Additional Notes

  • Refund processing may take up to 14 working days
  • If funds are not received after this period, please contact Shaplika Support

  • Make decisions on a case-by-case basis in exceptional scenarios
